George Ford Sr & Victoria (Smith) Ford

 Atoy Ford (Sis) was the 8th child born to George and Victoria Ford. Atoy married Alandrus A. Peterson (Sonny), and from their union one son was born, Alandrus A. Peterson, Jr. Later, a bundle of joy by the name of Valerie (Sweet Pea) Peterson. arrived at the Peterson household.

   Atoy was the second daughter in the Ford family to attend college; and the first to graduate with a degree; she received her Bachelors and Masters degrees from Prairie View A & M College. Atoy taught at Fairview Elementary School for 22 years. After the "intergration" of the schools, she taught in the Bryan Independent School District and retired after 32 years of a very rewarding career. She has been the matriarch of the family for some time now and highly regarded in the church and community. 

 Lannie (Alandrus Jr.) married Rhonda Valdez, and from their union two beautiful grandchildren were born: Alexis and Jabryl.. Valerie is now married to Kevin Bailey and has a daughter and son, Morgan and Keven Kyle.
