Dominique was raised and born in Anchorage, Alaska. He was adopted and raised by Mary Maddox in 1991. He received a football scholarship to Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA.

He opened up the 1st Black Owned Restaurant Brokerage Firm in the state of Georgia. After working with one of the nation’s largest restaurant brokerage firms for seven years, Dominique decided it was time to bring a new flavor to the Restaurant Brokerage Industry and founded EATS Restaurant Brokers.
He received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from Morehouse College. He has worked in sales development management, real estate, business to business sales, and Restaurant Brokerage Sales.
Dominique currently holds the Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation endorsed by the Institute of Certified Franchise Executives (ICFE). Dominique is one of the few Restaurant Brokers in the nation that holds the Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) designation. Dominique established EATS Restaurant Brokers in 2019.
Dominique is a proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. Dominique is married to Veronica Maddox (college sweetheart), they have been together since 2003. He is the proud father of his Nigerian Princess Amaya Maddox.
